SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We personally handle all shipping and packing from our Melbourne warehouse. This ensures the fastest and most efficient service for you. All parcels are sent with Australia Post Express service.
We recommend you choose a business address for delivery or a location where someone can be home to collect items. Unfortunately Australia Post can't guarantee a time of delivery.
In most cases (there are a few exceptions, like weekends and public holidays) your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Please contact us if you have any questions.
ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY
We provide a warranty policy on factory defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any defects occurring during this time frame as a result of normal use will be either repaired or replaced at the expense of ParGateGolf.com.au. The following conditions apply to this warranty:

The product(s) must have been purchased from the Golf Rangefinder website (http://www.pargategolf.com.au)

The consumer must present proof of purchase from online transaction.

The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse warranty claim based on evidence of abuse, mistreatment, defacing, or misuse upon receipt of returned product.

This warranty applies only to the original customer of Golf Rangefinder product(s).

The replacement product will be under the same warranty as the original product.

ParGateGolf.com.au reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty policy.
Bottom line? If your device does not stack up to your expectations then we'll replace it or offer you a refund.
Satisfaction Guarantee
There's also a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. It goes something like this,
Try your device. Give it a go and use it on the course. If you find it doesn't help your score, lower your handicap or make golf fun then we'll refund your money in full up to 60 days from the purchase date.
Just let us know and we'll even cover the postage of the return. We can't be fairer than that. So give our rangefinders a go, we're confident you'll be impressed.
Return Procedure
If you have a faulty device here's the procedure for getting the device replaced/fixed.
1. Please contact us and tell us what the problem is. We may be able to solve the issue over the phone. Cameron's direct number is 0403 372 261
2. If not we'll send a replacement device right away and include a reply paid postage bag. When the replacement unit arrives all you have to do is place the faulty unit in the satchel and post back to us.
3. Enjoy your new unit.
